WorkSafeBC (WSBC) Occupational Health and Safety Regulations (OHSR) s.2.2 – General duty – states that all work must be carried out without undue risk of injury or occupational disease to any person. As such, the project risk assessment is not only a legal requirement, it’s a road map in documenting the sequential scopes of work with associated hazards (likelihood & consequence) and controls to be implemented.
