Opportunity:
1 field safety required to act as owner representative.
Scope of work:
Constructing new pressure regulating stations, valve assembly modifications and heavy wall pipe section replacements.

Note: Schedule will most likely push back start date which will most likely push back end date.
Duties:
To act as the owner’s representative in conducting compliance and due diligence field assessments on the assigned Prime Contractor. You will be provided with all site documentation to include but not limited to Site Specific Safety Plan, Emergency Response Plan and Construction Procedures. You will asses field activities against documentation and Work Safe BC requirements for compliance and document findings on daily report.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience working with underground utilities
NCSO required
Must have basic computer skills
Minimum valid first aid level 1 Valid ground disturbance training
Must be comfortable reading documents
Tools/equipment that you must provide
Fire retardant clothing
Full PPE to include steel toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves and reflective clothing
Electronics to include laptop and cell phone
Vehicle
First aid kit
Minimum 20 lbs fire extinguisher
